SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we ship internationally, however, at this time international shipping is not integrated into our site. If you wish to place an order for international shipping, please contact us with the product(s) you wish to order, your shipping address and we will send you an invoice for your purchase with the shipping costs broken out. Any VAT/Import Duties will be your responsibility and will not be included in the invoice.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Our pricing includes standard shipping within the US.  Orders are shipping within 1-2 business days and will typically arrive within 3-7 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email when your item ships including the tracking number.  You can check the status of your order using the tracking number you receive in your confirmation email.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Taxes are charged for Florida based orders.  No taxes are charged for orders outside of Florida.

Paypal is our method of payment.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items come with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your product.  If you have an issue with an item you purchased from T-TopLIghts.com please contact us at info@t-toplights.com so we can make every attempt to remedy the issue for you.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

If you are not happy with your purchased, you can return the purchased item for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.  Returns must be authorized prior to shipping the item back to T-TopLIghts.com.  Contact us at info@t-toplights.com to request a refund.  Item must be in original saleable condition with original packaging and all parts originally shipped with the item.  Items that have been modified cannot be returned.  The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees.  A restocking fee of 20% maybe applied if the item is not in its original, saleable condition or if parts are missing.

 

Do you refund?

A refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the item as long the product has been returned according to the return policy.  Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the item back in original saleable conditional with original packaging and all parts originally shipped with the item.

This policy covers how we use your personal information.  We take all measures to protect your personal information.

 

What Information Do We Collect?
We do not collect credit card information as all of our transactions are completed through Paypal.  We do collect information to help process your order including your billing address, shipping address, and email address.  Data relating to your IP address, browser type, or refering URL are captured via Google Analytics.

 

How Do We Use the Data We Collect?

We use your information, billing address, shipping address, email, and contact information to process your order.  We do not sell or redistribute your information. We use data collected via Google Analytics to help understand how people are using our site, where visitors are coming from so we can improve your shopping experience and our marketing efforts.
